Postpartum Doula

The postpartum experience can be an unpredictable one, full of ups and downs, and many questions. My goal is to make sure families are set up for success, feel confident in the weeks after baby’s birth, and to provide a grounding presence during this big life change.

My passion for postpartum support care came after having my first baby in 2018, and realizing that I had spent a great deal of time prepping for the birth, but not for the days and weeks after. Oftentimes after birth, the majority of the focus is on the baby, and it can be hard to prioritize your own needs. As a postpartum doula, I am there to work alongside the family and provide nurturing care to the new parents as they care for their new baby. I completed my postpartum doula training in April 2023 and have been pursuing further education to provide a holistic support experience.

I am a native Seattleite, and enjoy exploring all the city has to offer with my husband, two kids, and dog. In my free time, you can find me reading, cooking, or sewing my own clothes.
