Arlene is a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator. With over 5 years of infant care experience, she officially made the switch to birth work in 2019 when she was certified as a birth and postpartum doula. To further her work of empowering women and families in 2021, she was certified and began teaching childbirth ed classes. Arlene believes that women deserve to go through this journey feeling empowered and free of fear. To trust in their bodies and their decisions. Partners should also feel confident in how to be of support to their person. Whether you are pregnant and looking to learn all about childbirth, ready to book birth doula support, or want to secure support for the postpartum period, Arlene is passionate about providing families with professional and quality support tailored to each individual family.
Beyond the doula, Arlene is a wife and mom of two. Originally from Southern California, her favorite thing about living in the PNW are the forest green views. Some of her favorite things include music, hosting, traveling, family time, and the beach!
