Tea Time with Your Vagina: How to Make a Perineal Rinse

A perineal rinse is a solution that you put in a peri squirt bottle and spray when going to the bathroom (midstream).  Some women like the solution to be cool (kept in the fridge), and others prefer it to be warm (heated up in a bowl of hot water).

Ingredients

  • Chamomile tea bags
  • Rosemary bunch (get this close to your due date or have someone get it for you when you deliver)
  • Hellichrysum oil (this is expensive you can use frankincense as alternative)
Instructions
  • Boil water with 6-8 tea bags and free floating rosemary bunch (few stalks)
  • Stir until the water is a nice, dark tea color
  • Strain and add 10 drops of helichrysum oil
  • Store in refrigerator to keep fresh
